Suite A accommodates up to 100 guests, while Suite B accommodates up to 50 guests. Both suites may be rented together for access to the full venue, but they remain separate spaces and cannot be combined into one large room.

Your rental includes access to your reserved suite(s), tables and clear resin chairs, adjustable lighting, speakers, kitchenette access, two restrooms, WI-FI and free onsite parking. Additional décor, upgrades, and event enhancements may also be available.

In addition to your flat-rate venue rental, required costs may include event insurance, and staffing when applicable. A security authorization is also required prior to your event. Optional upgrades and add-ons are only added if you choose them, and all costs are outlined before booking.

Your date is officially reserved once your rental agreement is signed and your 50% retainer has been received. The remaining balance is due 14 days prior to your event.

Yes. Your reserved rental time includes all setup, decorating, event time, breakdown, and cleanup. Your rental start time is the earliest time you may enter the venue, and everyone must be completely out by the end of your reserved time.

Our latest rental end time is 1:00 AM. If your rental ends at 1:00 AM, the event itself should conclude by approximately 12:00 AM to allow time for breakdown and cleanup.

Yes. You are welcome to bring your own decorator, DJ, photographer, caterer, and other event vendors. Decorations are also welcome as long as they follow our venue and safety guidelines. Certain items, such as open flames or specialty effects, may require prior approval.

Outside food and catering are welcome. Our kitchenette is designed for light preparation, warming, and serving rather than full cooking. Food trucks may also be permitted with advance approval depending on the setup and event.

Yes. Alcohol may be served with the required event insurance, including host liquor liability coverage, and a licensed and insured bartender. Alcohol may not be sold or self-served and must remain inside the venue.

Yes. You may rent both Suite A and Suite B for your event. However, the suites are separate rooms and cannot be physically combined into one large space. Renting the full venue gives you access to both suites so they can be used for different parts of your event.

Yes. Free onsite parking is available for you and your guests. Amie Event Space is located upstairs, and a wheelchair lift is available with advance notice for guests who need assistance accessing the venue. The lift is for people only, so vendors should use the designated stairway for loading and unloading equipment and décor.

Absolutely. We offer scheduled tours and open-house opportunities so you can see the suites, ask questions, and determine which rental option works best for your event.
