About the Space

Amie Event Space is a boutique loft-style venue designed for intimate gatherings, celebrations, classes, and creative events. The flexible layout allows the space to adapt to different event styles while maintaining a warm and welcoming atmosphere.

The venue includes two suites that can be reserved individually or together, depending on your event needs.

Whether you’re hosting a baby shower, birthday celebration, workshop, performance, or community gathering, Amie Event Space offers a comfortable setting designed to bring people together.

Our Suites

Suite A

Suite A offers a flexible setting for celebrations, performances, and community gatherings. Its open layout allows for a variety of seating arrangements and event styles. A versatile suite accommodating up to 100 guests.

Suite B

Suite B provides a comfortable lounge-style setting for smaller gatherings, classes, meetings, and intimate events or performances. A lounge style suite accommodating up to 50 guests.

Full Venue Access

Both suites can be reserved together for a more seamless event flow throughout the venue. This option offers added room for seating, activities, and movement between spaces.

Understanding Rental Time

All rentals include setup and breakdown within the reserved rental time.

For example, if you reserve a 6-hour rental period, that time includes:

  • Setup

  • The Event Itself

  • Cleanup and Breakdown

This ensures a smooth transition between events throughout the day.

Suite A or B

Includes your choice of Suite A, a spacious open venue accommodating up to 100 guests, or Suite B, a styled and furnished suite designed for intimate events of up to 50 guests.

$175 for each additional hour

Both Suites

Reserve Suite A and Suite B for added space and flow between both suites, perfect for larger gatherings and flexible event setups.

Weekday & Monthly Rentals

Booking Guidelines

Please review the following booking information before reserving your event date.

Security Deposit

A $250 card authorization is required prior to the event and will only be charged if damages, excessive cleaning, or overtime occur.

Rental Fee Deposit

A 50% rental deposit is required to secure your event date. Your reservation is officially confirmed once the signed agreement and deposit are received.

Final Payment

The remaining balance is due two weeks prior to the event date.

Sales Tax

Florida state sales tax will be applied to the rental fee at 7%.

Non-profit organizations must present their Non-Profit Status Form, and tax-exempt organizations must provide their Tax Exempt Certificate when completing the rental agreement.

Security Assessment

Depending on the event type, guest count, alcohol service, or event duration, additional security may be required.

Event Insurance

All events require one-day event insurance coverage. A direct link for purchasing coverage will be provided after booking.
