The Studio at Amie is a creative and performing arts program offering structured classes for youth, teens, and adults. Housed within Amie Event Space, our studio provides a welcoming, professional environment where students build confidence, creativity, and foundational performance skills.

Our classes emphasize consistency, growth, and age-appropriate instruction in a supportive setting. Whether a student is exploring the arts for the first time or looking to deepen their training, The Studio at Amie meets each student where they are and supports their individual journey.

Class Schedule

Classes run Monday through Wednesday

  • Monday: Acting & Creative Play

  • Tuesday: Musical Theatre & Performance

  • Wednesday: Music & Rhythm

Each class meets weekly and is designed to grow with your student over time.

Ages 5–7 | Creative Exploration

  • Monday | 3:30–4:30 PM

    A hands-on creative class where young children explore imagination through movement, music, storytelling, and guided play. Students build confidence, communication, and social skills in a supportive environment.

    Semester concludes with a small showcase.

  • Tuesday | 3:30-4:30 PM

    An introduction to musical theatre through song, movement, and storytelling. Students learn simple songs, movement patterns, and performance basics while building confidence and coordination.

    Semester concludes with a small showcase.

  • Wednesday | 3:30–4:30 PM

    A playful introduction to music through rhythm, movement, body percussion, and hands-on instrument exploration. Students learn to listen, move, and create together.

    Semester concludes with a musical showcase.

Ages 8–11

Building Confidence & Expression

  • Monday | 4:45–5:45 PM

    An energetic acting class using games, improvisation, and scene work to develop character, expression, focus, and ensemble skills.

    Semester concludes with a showcase.

  • Tuesday | 4:45–5:45 PM

    A triple threat/musical theatre class combining singing, dancing, and acting. Students build vocal technique, choreography skills, and ensemble confidence, with opportunities for solo work.

    Semester concludes with a performance showcase.

  • Wednesday | 4:45–5:45 PM

    A group-based music class focused on rhythm, melody, basic music theory, and ensemble playing. Students explore instruments and develop musical confidence.

    Semester concludes with a musical showcase.

Ages 12–17 | Creative Growth & Performance

  • Monday | 6:00–7:30 PM
    A collaborative acting class where teens explore improvisation, scene study, character development, and mock auditions in a supportive environment.

    Semester concludes with a showcase.

  • Tuesday | 6:00–7:30 PM

    A performance-driven triple threat/musical theatre class focused on acting through song, movement, and stage presence.

    Semester concludes with a showcase.

  • Wednesday | 6:00–7:30 PM


    An exploratory music class for teens interested in performance, creativity, and collaboration. Students engage with rhythm, melody, and music theory.

    Semester concludes with a musical showcase.

Adults

Play, Expression & Connection

  • Monday | 7:45–9:00 PM


    A welcoming, low-pressure class for adults looking to reconnect with creativity, play, and self-expression through improv and acting exercises.

    Optional end-of-semester showcase.
